Here’s what we need from you to get started :

1. Provide the complete business information requested below. Please email this information to: Send My Mobile Build Info.

2. A signed Client Service Agreement form/Contract that we will email to you once your order has been submitted and your 50% deposit has been received. Please return the signed Client Agreement/Contract here: Email Service Agreement.

3. If your new Mobile presence will be hosted on our server or our technology partner server (with a Mobile re-direct linked to your website in the case of a Mobile website or Mobile landing page), you will be required to sign a monthly payment authorization agreement form for software maintenance / hosting fees.

If you would like your Mobile website hosted on your own server, the files will be provided to you for you to upload, as well as the code for our auto-updating Mobile Device Detect redirect code.

If however, you want the files installed by MobileWebHQ on your server, we will provide that service for a fee.

Please provide the following for your new mobile presence:

1. Business name

2. Full existing primary website address of business

3. Business street address including zip code

4. Email address for contact purposes, as well as a “To” and a “From” business email address wanted on any mobile web forms that may get submitted to you from mobile users. (Please specify which is which).

5. Google Analytics account number if used. (Looks something like this: UA-123456-x)

6. Provide the content information (pages and titles) and any images wanted for your mobile presence.

7. Provide social media username for each account you would like social media icons added for:

Twitter

Facebook or Facebook Fanpage

Linkedin

 

Your New Mobile Presence

The remaining 50% of the purchase price for your new Mobile app / Mobile website / Mobile landing page is due within 3 days of the completion of your mobile presence.

Up to two (2) revisions are allowed free of charge and must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the completed project. These revisions shall only include editing work that already exists. Any additional work will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
